THE THINGS WE DON’T COUNT AS TIRED…

Being tired from work, we understand.

But what about being tired from being “on” all day?

Answering messages.
Remembering everything.
Making decisions.
Being available.
Keeping the house going.
Being the one everyone comes to.
Thinking about tomorrow while you’re still dealing with today.

You can be completely exhausted without having done anything that looks exhausting.

Maybe sometimes wellbeing is simply having somewhere you don’t have to do, fix, organise or be anything for a while.

Just be there. 🤍💚
