Hello! I’m Amy, and I’m a counsellor who works a little differently.
I’m not a blank slate therapist who sits in silence and nods. I’m your collaborative co-pilot. I’m the person who cheerleads you as you navigate a world that wasn't built for your brain, helping you move away from "fixing" yourself and toward actually living your best ADHD/ AuDHD life.
I work adaptively and online, which means we can get into the zone together whether you’re navigating executive dysfunction or the unique experience of Aphantasia.
A few things I love:
🥐A slow walk to a local coffee shop.
🥐A fresh bakery treat (pastries are a love language).
🥐Little glass jars with "potential" (you know the ones).
🥐A comfy, oversized sweater and wearing the exact same type of socks every single day for sensory peace.
A few things I really don't:
😒Sticky textures on my hands.
😒When companies change a recipe you’ve loved for years.
😒Slow walkers when I’m on a mission.
😒When a wasp decides your face is its new home.
In my practice, you don’t have to apologise for being "too much" or for the cold coffee sitting on your desk. We work Tues – Thurs via Google Meet, in 50 or 80-minute sessions that actually fit your energy levels.
