Julie Hayes Holistic Wellness. I am Julie Hayes and I am a experienced professional holistic practitioner , Reiki Master teacher , Mindfulness teacher and Life Coach.

FHT+IICT Accredited Reiki Master, Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor, Counsellor, Life Coach & Workshop Host, Offering holistic and wellness services and therapies across North Wales. This is a pivitol time to be a human being. There is now recognition of the importance of treating a person holistically, physically, emotionally and mentally, no longer just treating the symptoms they exhibit. As a healer and counsellor many of my past clients have benefited from a combined approach of Reiki an Counselling, although that choice isn't for everyone. I work on a one to one basis but also engage with companies looking at the well being of their employees and have undertaken employee counselling. I feel very grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to do what i do and to see clients step into their own power leading more authentic , happy and healthy lives. I am registered with the FHT and IICT.
