🍁 Hello everyone! 🍁

Gosh, it’s been a while since I’ve shared my offerings here! Life has definitely life’d hard this year! 😅

From job changes, getting engaged, to navigating my health, travelling and finding my feet in a new community… the last six months have been quite the whirlwind! 🌬️

Back in spring, I decided to focus less on business and more on putting down roots, building friendships and connecting with my local community. It’s been such a rewarding chapter 🥹

But lately, I’ve been feeling those familiar little whispers from Sacred Sound & Soul calling me home 💖

So, I’m slowly opening my doors again, with a renewed intention to offer affordable, quality, cosy and unhurried sessions.

When you visit, we’ll begin with a lovely cup of cacao or herbal tea, a little chat and time to settle before your treatment begins. And afterwards? No rushing out the door! There’s space to gently come back to yourself before heading home 🌿

Because life is rushed enough already!

I want this little sanctuary to be somewhere you can simply arrive, exhale and just be 🥰

No pressure. No rushing. No expectations.

Just a little time that’s entirely yours✨

What a beautiful way to end a weekend full of sound, connection and joy. 🥹✨

Today I had the privilege of bookending a retreat with the wonderful Clare from Herts who has such a gentle gift for creating spaces where people feel safe, nurtured and truly seen 💖

The sun warmed our faces, the breeze kept us cool, the birds provided the most beautiful soundtrack, and nature held us so lovingly. Honestly, I don’t think we could have asked for more perfect conditions!

My part of the day was sharing the magic of ceremonial Pachakuti Cacao, and if you know me, you’ll know I absolutely light up when I get to talk about it! 🤣💛 I love introducing people to this incredible plant medicine, sharing its history, benefits and heart, then watching people slow down, soften, ground themselves and experience it for the first time 🥹

After a deeply nourishing meditation and beautifully thought-provoking workshop led by Clare, I had the honour of guiding the group through a sound bath to gently close our day together.

Days like today remind me why I do what I do. Not because I have all the answers, but because I get to help create spaces where people can pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves and remember that they’re never alone.

My heart feels so full. Thank you to every wonderful woman who came with an open heart today, and thank you, Clare, for inviting me to be part of such a special retreat. 🙏🏻💛✨

Hi all, we are the Season of Sisters.

Women struggle for many different reasons, and we want to offer opportunities and spaces where women can finally come back to themselves. A space where they feel safe. A space where they can try new things, speak openly and honestly without judgement or stigma, and be fully them without shame.

This idea was initially created in response to my struggles with PMDD and the deep isolation that came with it. I felt like nobody understood, I felt I had nobody to talk to, and at times I felt completely unlike everyone else. During those inevitable lows that arrived every month without fail, I struggled mainly to accept myself. Just as I am. It turns out, that so many others felt the same way.

Since starting this community and bringing women together, something beautiful is happening. Slowly but surely, we’re creating a sense of belonging. Through connection, shared experiences, and genuine support, we’ve seen the positive impact that community can have on our mental health and wellbeing.

This is the season of the sisters rising.

This is a place where it’s okay to be emotional. A place where it’s okay to be messy. Because that is what authenticity looks like.
We come together to share our experiences, support one another, and hold each other through the ever-changing tides of life.

It’s to help you tune into yourself so you can create your own healing.

Now I see it differently.

My favourite part of my sessions is watching my clients faces light up and say “wow… I didn’t know I needed that!”, it happens all the time! 😄
