Can you give yourself just one? 🤍

It doesn’t have to be a whole day. It doesn’t even have to be an hour.

Sometimes 30 minutes of doing something just for you can make such a difference.

As women, we spend so much of our time looking after everyone else, working, parenting, organising and constantly thinking about what needs doing next.

But you can’t keep pouring from an empty cup.

Taking time to slow down, switch off and let someone else take care of you isn’t selfish — it’s necessary.

Whether that’s a quiet coffee, a walk or simply sitting somewhere without having to do anything… give yourself permission to fill your own cup too.

Because sometimes, 30 minutes is all it takes to feel a little more like yourself again. ✨

When was the last time you did something purely for YOU?

Your body gives you little signals all the time feeling puffy, heavy, swollen or just not quite yourself can be one of them. 🤍

Stress, hormones, travel, long days on your feet or sitting down and simply not moving as much can all affect how your body feels.

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique designed to support the natural movement of lymph fluid helping you feel lighter, more comfortable and more connected to your body.

And no, you don’t have to wait until you feel uncomfortable to take care of yourself.

Wellness isn’t about fixing your body. It’s about supporting it.

If your legs or body have been feeling heavy or puffy lately, send me a message and we can chat about whether lymphatic drainage could be suitable for you.

Some days you feel like yourself. Other days… you really don’t. 🤍

And that doesn’t mean you’re lazy, difficult, emotional or “just having a bad day.”

Our hormones can have a huge influence on how we feel, think, behave, sleep, eat and cope with everyday life.

Sometimes it’s the days leading up to your period. Sometimes it can start weeks before. For some women, the hormonal changes can feel much more intense and may be linked to PMS or PMDD.

So instead of asking, What is wrong with me today?
Try asking, What might I need today?”

More rest. Less pressure. A slower day. Movement. Connection. Time alone. Nourishment. Whatever feels supportive. 🌿

Your body isn’t working against you. It’s communicating with you.

Be kinder to yourself on the days you don’t feel like you. You’re still you. 🤍

Your legs can hold onto more fluid than you realise.

I have women come in telling me their legs feel heavy, puffy, swollen, uncomfortable or restless and sometimes they just want that lovely feeling of lighter, happier legs.

Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle massage technique that works with the body’s lymphatic system to encourage the movement of lymph fluid and support circulation.

It’s why some women love having their legs treated regularly especially if they spend lots of time sitting or standing, or simply notice their legs feel better afterwards.

✨ Gentle
✨ Relaxing
✨ Focused on the legs
✨ A beautiful monthly reset

If your legs have been feeling heavy lately, this might be your sign to give them some attention. 🤍

Lymphatic drainage isn’t a treatment for underlying medical conditions, so persistent or unexplained swelling or pain should always be checked by your GP.

Not “snatched.”
Not “detoxed.”
Not “fixed.”

I want you to leave my treatment room feeling like you can breathe again.🤍

Lymphatic drainage isn’t about changing your body overnight. It’s about slowing down, supporting natural lymph flow and giving your body a moment to soften, release and reset.

That feeling when your shoulders drop, your body feels lighter and your mind finally gets a little quieter…

That’s what I want for you.✨

Your body doesn’t need fixing. Sometimes, it just needs a little support.

Where does the fluid actually go after a lymphatic massage?

It doesn’t simply disappear. Your lymphatic system naturally collects excess fluid from your tissues and moves it through lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes before returning it to your bloodstream.

From there, your body processes and removes the excess fluid through its normal pathways.

So if you feel a little more thirsty or need the loo after your treatment, your body may simply be getting on with its job.

**Your lymphatic system is always working — the aim of lymphatic massage is to gently support that natural flow.**

Save this post for your next lymphatic treatment & send it to someone who’s always wondered where it all goes. 🤍
