🚧 Important Notice – Limited Access at Church Walk Surgery 🚧

On Wednesday 17th June and Thursday 18th June, access to the surgery will be limited while our new automatic doors are being installed.

📍 If you have an appointment, please access the surgery via the back door.

♿ If you have mobility difficulties, please speak to the contractors on site, who will be happy to assist you.

📮 Samples and repeat prescription requests can be posted through the letterbox at the back door.

If your visit to the surgery is not essential, we would be grateful if you could postpone it until Friday, when the work is expected to be completed or contact us via telephone or submit an online request via our website www.churchwalkmetheringham.co.uk

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding while we carry out these important improvements to the practice.

Patient Safety Alert
Crescent Pharma Limited are recalling one batch of RAMIPRIL 2.5mg CAPSULES as a precautionary measure due to an error at the manufacturing site. It has been identified that one pack of ramipril 2.5mg capsules contained ramipril 10mg. Please check any boxes of Crescent Pharma RAMIPRIL 2.5mg CAPSULES you have at home. If you have any with the batch number GR155023, please stop taking these immediately and return to your dispensary. If you are concerned you have taken any of this batch and are currently experiencing any unusual side effects, please contact the Surgery immediately.

PROTECTED LEARNING TIME:
Protected Learning Time (PLT) for GP Practices
Everyone within GP Practices are committed to giving patients the best possible care and as part of this, GP Practices may take part in a number of PLT sessions throughout the year which allows them to carry out staff training for the whole practice team.
GP Practices within South Lincoln Healthcare have chosen to participate in Protected Learning Time (PLT) training.
Wednesday 13th May the Practice will close its doors at 1pm and phone lines at 12:30pm. The practice will open as normal at 8.00am Thursday 14th May.
Information on how to access advice from a GP will be made available on our telephone message and notices on the practice doors.
