📣Calling all dementia carers 📣

Several of the carers who attend our dances shared their experiences which helped develop the new South Tees Carers Strategy. Thank you to everyone who took part and shared their experiences 🫶

Now it’s time to have your say on the proposed priorities and help shape the final strategy.

Do you support or care for a family member, partner, friend, or neighbour living with dementia? If so, you may be an unpaid carer.

The new strategy aims to improve support for unpaid carers and includes priorities such as:

💙 Better information and advice
💙 Support for health and wellbeing
💙 Help with money, work and education
💙 More opportunities for breaks and respite

Your feedback will help ensure the right support is available for carers across South Tees.
