Update 10:36: Good news - we are now up and running. Thanks everyone for your patience.

Good morning, we still have IT connection issues and our phones are extremely busy, we very much appreciate your patience.
This has been a national issue where 80 surgeries were affected. IT are obviously working extremely hard to resolve these issues.

We are currently having problems with our internet. This had caused problems with our phone lines. This is a national problem and we are working hard to resolve the problem. If you are expecting a call from the surgery this may show as no caller ID.

Unfortunately we are unable to access your medical records at this time. If you have an appointment and have access to the NHS App, it would be really helpful if you could bring it with you as this may assist us during your appointment.

Important Information for Our Patients

Due to an increase in costs, we will no longer be sending a text message notification when your prescription has been issued.

Prescriptions will continue to be processed as normal - please allow the usual time before collecting from your nominated pharmacy. if you wish to change your nominated pharmacy at any time please let us know.

You can check whether your prescription has been issued using the NHS App. (Details of how to get this are on the home page of our website).

We appreciate your understanding as we make this change to help manage rising costs while continuing to provide quality care.
