With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Richard (Dick) Orr.

Richard was a much loved husband, dad, stepdad, father-in-law, grandad, brother, uncle and friend to many who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kindness, warmth, and the memories he created with those around him will never be forgotten.

In keeping with Richard's wishes, a private cremation has taken place.

The family would like to thank everyone for their love, support, and kind messages during this difficult time.

Peacefully on 31st May, 2026, at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, aged 75 years.
Alexander, much loved husband to the late Sandra, cherished dad to Lesley and Yvonne. Much loved brother to Margaret and father-in-law to Robert. A devoted grandad to Jamie, Danny, Ryan, Liam and Sophie.
A celebration of Alexander's life will take place at East Lothian Crematorium on Wendesday 17th June at 11.30am to which all family and friends are welcome.

Peacefully at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on Wednesday 20th May, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. John, beloved husband of Julie, loving dad to Sean, father-in-law to Amy. Loving brother to Kate and the late Elizabeth. Loving brother-in-law and uncle. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A service to celebrate John's life will be held at East Lothian Crematorium on Wednesday 10th June at 12.30pm to which all family and friends are welcome.

Heather passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, 24th May, 2026, aged 86. Loving wife to the late Ian, beloved mum to Yvonne and Jackie. Adored gran and great-grandmother.
A celebration of Heather's life will take place M&F Funeral Parlour, 7 Eskbank Road, Dalkeith on the 9th of June at 12 noon then onto Newbattle Cemetery for 1pm to which everyone is welcome.

Passed away peacefully at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary aged 37, on Saturday 9th May 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Much loved partner to Amanda, devoted dad to Ava and Daniel, proud stepdad to Callum and Ellie, cherished son, loving brother and loyal friend to many. Brian will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service will be held at the Wiremill Social Club, 4 Balcarres Road, Musselburgh, EH21 7SB, on Monday 15th June 2026 at 11:30am, followed by interment at Inveresk Cemetery, then everyone is welcome back to the Wiremill Club for refreshments and food and to remember the good times and fun also crazy times you had with Brizzy.

Jason was a beloved father to Lucy, Aaron and Ella, much-loved grandfather to Charlie, Jessica and Maizy, a devoted son to Catherine and his late father Charlie, a dear brother to Louisa, Mark, Stuart and Stefanie and a devoted uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A service to celebrate Jason's life will be held at Mortonhall Crematorium, Pentland Chapel on Thursday 4th June at 1.30pm to which all are welcome. Family flowers only, please.

Sister to Charlie, Betty, David, Jean, Ann and the late Roy, Margaret and Joan, she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to celebrate Jennifer's life will be held at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel on Wednesday 3rd June at 11am to which all are welcome. Family flowers only, please, but a retiral collection will be taken for the Stroke Association in memory of Jennifer.
