Home made Elderflower Cordial… made from the abundance of elderflowers in the hedgerow at the moment, sugar, lemons and water.

I made a double batch and top tip - you can freeze it! So I froze it in ice cube trays and transferred into bags so a couple of ice cubes in some water (or fizzy water) and you’ve got a lovely squash.
