‼️URGENT TRAVEL UPDATE‼️

For anyone attending Joan’s Service on Monday, we have had confirmation that windmills will be leaving Pathhead, New Cumnock at approx 9.30am heading towards the site at Kirkconnel/Sanquhar.

No vehicles will be able to pass the windmills whilst going through New Cumnock however passing points will be available once out of the town at the traffic police’s discretion. We are unsure at what time the windmills will make it through the town however the overall journey is estimated for 5 hours to the site of the windmills.

Anyone travelling to Joan’s service from New Cumnock and beyond please leave early and be through New Cumnock BEFORE half 9 or there is no guarantee you will make the service starting time of 11am at the Town Hall.
