Lovely to be back in the room with NEST today for part two of our safeguarding in supported accommodation sessions.

Today’s focus was on what legislation and safeguarding look like in practice. So much of the conversation centred on relational work, being human, talking in a way that helps us connect with children, rather than hiding behind professional jargon. Yes, there are things we must do but we can do them with compassion and care.
