🚀 Big news for NPH Group! We are thrilled to announce that we were selected to join the prestigious Amazon Innovation Accelerator programme!

We have just wrapped up the learning phase and officially submitted our PRFAQ - Amazon’s signature "Working Backwards" mechanism (writing a future Press Release and Frequently Asked Questions) designed to innovate around change while keeping the customer relentlessly at the center of everything we do.

This framework has sharpened our focus on how we can continue to evolve and deliver even greater value to our clients.

🏆 What’s next?

The journey takes us to the Houses of Parliament in London on October 12th for the awards ceremony!

Securing the £25k grant would accelerate some truly amazing developments we have in the pipeline. Win or lose, the future of innovation at NPH Group is looking incredibly bright.

On Thursday, some of the team swapped the office for the racecourse, joining Newcastle International Airport, one of our key longstanding clients, for a brilliant day at the races.

We had the best time catching up with old friends and meeting plenty of new faces, all while helping to raise money for the amazing True Colours Theatre 🎭.
