So excited to be coming back to host another Sacred Sound Bath by the banks of the River Dart. One of my favourite sauna sites.

Anneli Juliet and Wilder Sauna bring together heat, sound, and nature in one deeply immersive experience.

We begin in the warmth of the sauna. The body softens. The nervous system unwinds. From within the heat, Anneli’s live sound begins to weave — flute, voice, chimes, subtle tones. As the experience unfolds, crystal bowls, drum, and flute carry through the air, creating a layered soundscape to simply rest within and be.
