Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of The Mare and Foal Sanctuary, this retreat-style day offers a chance to slow down, reconnect and experience the profound calm that comes from being alongside horses.

Beginning with gentle meditation and intention setting in the presence of a herd, the day unfolds through guided breath work, restorative yoga, immersive sound healing and a shared seasonal lunch.

This is a nourishing day of reflection, restoration and learning from the wisdom of our rescued horses and ponies.

So excited for this very special collaboration. Anneli Juliet and Wilder Sauna, bringing together heat, sound, and nature in one deeply immersive experience.
We begin in the warmth of the sauna. The body softens. The nervous system unwinds. From within the heat, Anneli’s live sound begins to weave — flute, voice, chimes, subtle tones. As the experience unfolds, crystal bowls, drum, and flute carry through the air, creating a layered soundscape to simply rest within and be.
This space offers: 🌿 Deep relaxation for body and mind

🌿 A gentle reset for the nervous system
🌿 Space to slow down and reconnect
🌿 Immersion in heat, sound, and the natural elements

A shared space for Mother & Baby....
Held in Sound was born out of my personal journey as a mother.

I felt so deeply everything my child was experiencing, without being able to distinguish where their feelings ended & mine began. When they felt overwhelmed so did I. At the time i didn't understand we where sharing the same nervous system.

Held in Sound offers a chance to co-regulate together. A nurturing Sound Bath supporting you & your baby to relax, co-regulate & settle your nervous systems together.

Creative time is woven into the sessions, with space to draw, write, express & reflect, helping to gently prepare for the week ahead.
