Thank you all for your patience for the last couple of months! Kick starting monthly sound baths with a special offer.

If it's too hot l will look to run a workshop in place of the sound bath at that time so we can all move about and be comfortable.

Sorry I've been quiet for a while. I've had lots going on and the chaos continues with work being done in the house. I won't have access to my equipment for a few weeks, so I am unable to go ahead with Friday's sound bath. I will be back in August refreshed and ready to welcome you back with a special offer as a thank you for your patience 💜

I have discovered that sewing can be mindful - even if just for a moment before realising it needs to be unpicked AGAIN.
Take a deep breath. Take your time. Check at regular intervals that all is going well. Just a few more steps left of this project.
