Hi, my name is Claire and I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, and a registered mental health nurse for over 10 years, I know all too well that things need to change. Mental health is no longer a 'taboo' topic, but, despite more awareness, there simply isn't enough help. Even more shocking is the lack of support to our young people. Being a mother myself to two wonderful boys, one son who has additional needs, I know first hand where help falls drastically short. Things have got progressively worse since the 'pandemic' and that's where I come in. I said 'enough is enough' and decided I will learn every way possible to help not only myself and my family, but you and yours as well! And that is EXACTLY what I did!
