I'm so excited to introduce the talented Frances of Foakes Physio.

Many of our customers have asked for Physio at the hub so I'm delighted to share that Frances will be running some 30 minute taster sessions on Sunday 5th July. Please message direct to grab your slots before they go.

My sincere apologies for having to postpone appointments this week so far. I've an inner ear infection that's really affecting my balance. However- every cloud, I'm catching up on some admin.

As I approach my 1st year in business after lots of requests from my lovely customers I'm introducing some additional offers.

One of the best days of my life 2 years ago!

Massive well done to all those who undertook the London Marathon yesterday. You are in the 1 per cent of the population to achieve this 26.2 mile feat.
