I’ve just opened up some rare availability for May/June.
If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, or you’ve been circling it for a while but not quite taken the step yet, this is one of those windows.

I offer:
1:1 therapy (limited ongoing spaces)
Clarity & Direction consultations (one-off, structured sessions to help you figure out what you actually need)
EMDR intensives for focused, deeper work

Most people I work with are dealing with some mix of burnout, anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift on their own.

You can get in touch or book via my website.

Specialist CBT and EMDR therapy for eating disorders, trauma, OCD and neurodivergent adults. CBT therapist in Norwich offering in-person sessions and online therapy across the UK. Becky Grace Therapy.
