For James Harwood, completing his Level 2 Coaching apprenticeship has been about far more than learning new skills - it’s been about building independence, overcoming challenges, and believing in himself.
From improving his anxiety to discovering a passion for helping others through fitness and coaching, his journey has transformed the way he sees his future.
Now working as a Gym Assistant at Able2B, James hopes to inspire others with learning disabilities to believe in what they can achieve too.
His story is a powerful reminder that with support, determination, and opportunity, people can achieve more than they ever imagined.
