PLEASE HELP save a life-changing choir for people living with brain injuries.

This incredible community choir has helped people rebuild confidence, connection, communication and hope after brain injury.

Now the funding has come to an end.

In the video below, you’ll hear directly from someone whose life has been changed by being part of the choir. Their story says more than i ever could.

This isn’t just a singing group, it’s a lifeline . A place where people find friendship, purpose and a sense of belonging after experiencing life-changing injuries.

Without new support, this valuable service could be lost.

Grateful to have completed the final module of my EMDR training in London this weekend. An inspiring course specialising in chronic pain, addiction, psychosomatic symptoms, and EMDR for children and adolescents. Truly grateful for this training and excited for the positive impact it will have in my practice.
