Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review, from a client who has noticed a big improvement since us using IEMT. I have permission to share their words.
“It has been 3 weeks since I had IEMT. I had a list prepared of memories that were the most prevalent and kept popping up. I had previously met Annette and had ACT therapy sessions. I felt nervous right up until stepping into the session. I felt at ease after Annette briefly went through what we would be doing, then worked through them. Instantly after Annette finished the exercise the memory was blurred and distant. The memories we worked with have not popped back during these 3 weeks.
On my second session Annette mentioned the word we attached to a few of the memories and some of them took me a while to even recall. It wasn't until then I realised how distant they now were.
It has made a difference to my day to day life. I'm no longer having these memories pop up at times which I found frustrating and unhelpful. It is very different from traditional talking therapy, which for me was an addictive cycle of repeating the same things over in a loop, keeping me in unwanted rumination, and the added weight of guilt and shame that it wasn't working. It gives immediate effective results.
Annette is warm, friendly and passionate about therapy and helping others. I now have my toolkit from ACT therapy and a clearer mind from IEMT. I feel like I am now the driver of my bus, in control of my life and choices. I feel like I have been given this new light and free space in my mind to fill with whatever my values desire, I'm still settling into it, and it is amazing. Thank you!!
