This September, we are gathering for our Professional Yoga Teacher Training.

This course is a dedicated space of humility, self-observation, and deep respect for the traditional, lineage-based roots of Hatha yoga.

Whether your intention is to step into the seat of a guide and share this ancient wisdom with others, or simply to deepen your own personal practice and understand your inner landscape, this journey is about returning to the source. We don’t invent anything new here; we simply study what has stood the test of time.

Traditional Asana & Pranayama: Moving beyond fitness to explore energy, breath, and stillness.

Lineage & Philosophy: IMMERSING ourselves in the foundational texts and a lifestyle of self-study (Svadhyaya).

The Art of Guiding: Learning to hold space safely, authentically, and from a place of genuine service.

Duration: A comprehensive, immersive 6-month journey, culminating in a week away in wild England to embody your journey.

You do not need to be “perfect” at yoga to begin. You only need a curious mind, a dedicated heart, and the humility to listen.
