A little look into my Garden space

This is where all the care happens

It's been my dream since I begun my yoga journey to bring more to offer in my skills to truly care for people .

It means so much to me when you come to my class in a studio or my home space
You allow me to move or treat your body.
I'm deeply honoured to to be able to do this for you .

I have never taken the human body for granted
I have so much respect for everything that makes us so fragile and humble .

1 shell of many

Collected over time by my son on family holidays .
Large ones to the tiniest tiny shell

Either handed to me for my pocket and many found in his pockets.
Each one felt and touched will bring back a memory of a family holiday.

I can't part with them so they will be incorporated into a creative project.
I have an idea .

He collects like a magpie
Shiny, interesting things .
I always wonder where he got this from .
Then I realise it's me
He's a young adult now and still sees and collects , I hope when he has his own children he will still be that magpie looking for nature's treasure & Wonder in the same way I did
and realise it's him .
