Hi everyone!
Just wanted to come on here and say that recently over the past few months i’ve had several false applications for care,one of which sent me to an address with a house number that didn’t exist. This
person then proceeded to contact me on another mobile number and send me to another address in another location to which someone completely irrelevant and different lived. They persistently also messaged me from the original number,called me,and this morning have yet again enquired for care on another number with a false address.
I take my job and caring for people very seriously and am so disheartened to see someone/people are taking advantage of my kindness & willingness to try and accommodate and help them.
I don’t know why this has happened to me,but just wanted to create awareness for other carers etc the fact that sometimes people seem genuine at the surface but unfortunately aren’t xx
