At Nice Life we offer advice and support to individuals and groups in order to promote healthy lifestyle choices. This is done through weekly weight tracking, monthly measurement tracking, BMI monitoring and advice and support with nutrition and diet. We also offer support and set challenges to motivate you along your weight-loss journey.
