Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice based on the idea that we all have a life-force energy flowing through us. When we’re stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted or going through difficult periods, we can sometimes feel as though our energy is depleted or out of balance.

During a Reiki treatment, I work with this energy through gentle touch or with my hands just above the body. The intention is to encourage relaxation and support a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

Many people describe Reiki as feeling warm, calming, peaceful or deeply relaxing. Some may experience a sense of lightness, emotional release or simply feel more grounded and connected to themselves afterwards.

Reiki is a opportunity to slow down, switch off from the outside world and give yourself space to recharge physically, mentally and emotionally. 🤍
