In the last 12 months over 450 people made contact with Sue Lambert Trust and went through the process of becoming a client of ours, either accessing an assessment, support work, our groups or individual counselling, but what is it like to take that step and reach out for help from us?

Once you make that initial contact you will be in touch with one of a number of people all of whom have a wealth of experience in sensitively handling how it feels for someone to decide to seek help. This might be over the phone or via email, and from there we ensure everyone understands the process they will go through before and during their assessment, and beyond.

Beyond this each person's journey is unique, yet the same kind, safe, supportive help will be experienced at any point of contact with our team.

If you or anyone you know needs help having experienced sexual or domestic violence then you can find out more about the services we offer here:
