Full Clinic & Patient Experience Administrator Job Discription
Job Title: Clinic & Patient Experience Administrator
Location: BxClinic, Blofield,
Hours: 10 hours per week (Flexible working days/times to suit the right candidate)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (National Living Wage) + Full On-the-Job Training
About Us
At BxClinic, we are Norfolk’s leading specialists in lower limb biomechanics, podiatry, and movement rehabilitation. Our mission is simple: to help people live pain-free lives and regain their mobility.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, life-changing clinical care in a warm, welcoming, and high-spec environment. As our patient base grows, we are looking for an empathetic, organised, and self-directed Clinic Administrator to join our close-knit team.
The Role
This is a key operational role for someone who thrives when given ownership and autonomy over their work. Following a thorough training period, you will run the front-of-house and administrative function independently, combining patient-facing reception duties with crucial backend office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction & Reception: Warmly greeting patients on arrival, guiding new clients through their booking journey, and managing appointment diaries.
Clinic Administration & Systems: Managing calendars, answering email enquiries, updating patient record systems, processing history questionnaires, and managing communications via ActiveCampaign.
General Office Support: Handling post, packing, filing, stock checking, refilling office consumables, watering plants, and maintaining a immaculate clinical environment.
Payment Processing: Generating invoices, taking payments, and completing basic end-of-day reconciliation.
Who We Are Looking For
You don’t need previous medical experience—full training will be provided. We welcome applications from high-calibre professionals from any background who take pride in their work and operate with high standards.
This role is ideal if you are:
Independent & Self-Motivated: Once trained, you prefer to take ownership of your tasks, solve basic day-to-day problems independently, and manage your workload without micromanagement.
Seeking Genuine Work-Life Balance: Looking for a light, flexible 10-hour weekly commitment that fits around family life, school runs, or other personal priorities.
People-Focused: Warm, empathetic, and confident speaking with patients who may be in physical pain or discomfort.
Organised & Tech-Confident: Comfortable using email, basic office software, ActiveCampaign, and digital booking calendars (with initial guidance).
Looking to Grow: Eager to settle into a supportive clinic environment with genuine potential for your role and hours to expand as the practice grows.
What We Offer
Autonomy & Trust: The freedom to manage your day and take ownership of your role.
True Hours Flexibility: We will work with you to establish a weekly schedule that fits your life.
Comprehensive Training: Full support to learn our clinic software, workflows, and patient care standards.
Inspirational Environment: Be part of an innovative, purpose-driven clinic that makes a tangible difference to people's health every day.
Career Growth: Opportunities to increase your hours or take on broader operational duties as the clinic continues to expand.
How to Apply
If you are an organised, self-directed professional looking for a rewarding part-time role within a friendly team, we’d love to hear from you!
