Hi, I'm Heidi. Clinical Aromatherapist & Natural Product formulator and owner of Heidi's Aromatherapy, based at St. Saviours Yard in Norwich.

With great care we hand pour, bottle and label every single essential oil we sell from our little formulation lab/ container shop in Norwich. I find it a very calming process that requires deep focus as each oil is measure precisely according to its individual density.

I still feel so excited each time I carefully place our label onto a bottle, just like the very first time I did this when we first opened our doors just over 6 months ago.

Over the past couple of days, I have hand poured and bottled around 100 essential oils as we have NEW essential oils in stock! and in preparation for the Yoga Festival next Saturday.

With our formulation space finally set up and ready, you will be seeing many more products on our shelves very soon.

Yesterday I did my first Market. It was a great experience, despite the heat 😅 and I enjoyed speaking with lots of people about the benefits of Aromatherapy and Essential Oils. I love seeing the individual reactions to the different oils and how the aromas can Instantly transport someone to a distant memory or particular emotion. We are often drawn to what we need at that time. 🌺 You can find me at my little shop at St.Saviours Yard and I am always there for a chat about Aromatherapy and how it could help support you. 😊 I’d love to know which is your favourite essential oil aroma?

This Saturday, as part of the launch celebration, the studio will be open for a day of Aromatherapy exploration.

In Container 29, you’ll find all things aromatherapy & essential oil related to experience at your own pace. Plus new additions to the studio, and a preview of oils arriving next week (available to pre-order).

To mark the day, purchases and pre-orders will be 10% reduced throughout the event.

So if you’d like a quiet pause amidst the celebrations, you’re very welcome to step in for a moment of calm.

Today we’re offering a complimentary, self-guided aromatherapy scent experience, set up on our doors at Container 29.

As you stroll through the Yard, you’re very welcome to pause for a moment and inhale some of our amazing pure essential oil aromas at your own pace. With scent strips for you to take away.

Yesterday, Geranium became the oil in the spotlight.

Three customers in a row were drawn to it each arriving separately, but leaving with the same oil.

Geranium is known to be the oil of harmony. Balancing in its actions. Its aroma sits somewhere between floral and green, with a softness that tends to reveal itself slowly.

Moments like this are one of the joys of working with essential oils in person, watching how people respond when they’re able to explore them at their own pace.

Last Saturday, we opened the doors to Heidi’s Aromatherapy for the very first time.

Launch day marked the beginning of this space, and the days since have been about settling in and finding our rhythm.

This video captures some of the special moments from the past week as everything finally came together.

Thank you to everyone who visited, shared kind words, or followed along. It’s been a very special and exciting time for us.

We’re now fully open and look forward to heading into our second weekend at St. Saviours Yard.

You’re very welcome to step out of the cold and into our cosy container shop, and explore the space at your own pace.

We’ll be launching our foundational range of essential oils, available to experience in person at our scent station, with scent strips to take away and enjoy.

Throughout the day, I’ll be offering complimentary guidance for anyone with questions about aromatherapy or essential oils.

We’ll also be sharing previews of upcoming essential oils, available to pre-order.

To mark the day, the first two customers who make a purchase will receive a complimentary essential oil as a launch-day thank you.

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming you tomorrow.
