Ursula is taking on a HUGE challenge next weekend. On Saturday 13 June she is running the 70mile length of Hadrian’s Wall in the ultramarathon The Wall! Ursula has been training hard for this in rain and heat! She is raising money for Melanoma UK, in memory of her Mum, Jackie. MLD is a specialist treatment that requires extensive training and qualification to practice. If the treatment you're receiving does not check off these criteria, its perhaps time to check the MLDUK therapist register.

Lucy is busy with more drainage today… less lymphatic drainage but taking advantage of the sunshine to power wash the clinic entrance with her daughter! Hope you are all keeping cool today 😎

Our next KA Norwich support group is on Monday 27 April at the Patteson Parish Room, 13 Newmarket Road, Cringleford, NR4 6UE from 1915-2100. If you are considering or going through breast reconstruction you are invited to come along for informal conversation with one of our experienced volunteers who has already undergone reconstructive surgery. We are always pleased to see ladies who have already had their surgery too! There will be an opportunity later in the evening to view results of surgeries if you wish. A relation or friend will be most welcome too and there is no need to book a place. Our meetings are very informal and our volunteers do their utmost to give you individual and private support - ‘Personal to Every Person’ is what we strive for. Parking is available behind the Auction House East Anglia building on the corner just a few steps away. If you have any questions please comment below or send me an email on

Yesterday Alison ran the Virtual Lpndon Marathon with Ursula here in Norwich. An amazing achievement and, no surprises, Alison is back treating in the clinic today 😃💪
Well done to you both for such an incredible run and for crossing the finish line with smiles on your faces.

When looking for a practitioner, it is important to know the person you're booking in to see is qualified to a high standard. MLDUK recognises qualifications from four training institutions - these qualifications are a requirement for any practitioner to be listed on our website's "Find a Therapist" tool, so you can rest assured that the treatment you're getting is top quality.
