Norse Care Norse Care provides private, self-funded and local authority funded residential care in Norfolk, where people can live well and truly feel at home.

Our residential care homes provide a happy, comfortable environment for people. Residents have their own room, many of which have ensuite facilities or good access to bathrooms. All homes have communal living and dining rooms, activities lounges and well-kept gardens. Many of our homes are situated at the heart of the local community, enabling people, volunteers, school children and other communit

y groups to visit regularly. A number of our homes specialise in the care of people living with dementia. We are committed to providing a compassionate, dedicated and high quality approach to exceptional, person-centred dementia care. We have a Dementia Strategy in place which provides key objectives to achieve these desired goals. We provide onsite care at housing with care schemes in Norfolk. As well as offering good living space, the schemes usually feature a restaurant, shop, communal lounges and gardens. Some schemes offer specialist support for people with dementia. Our care and support in housing with care schemes aims to:
- provide personalised care supporting physical, mental, emotional and social needs in order to maximise personal wellbeing
- keep people safe
- enable people to exercise choice over their life and to remain as independent as possible
- continually assess the quality of the service we provide
- embrace new ideas and research that will improve quality of life

Happy Norfolk Day from everyone at High Haven! 💙🌿

What better way to celebrate our wonderful county than with some of Norfolk's finest local produce?

Residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon of tea in the garden, soaking up the sunshine while tucking into a delicious selection of treats, including cheeses from The Norfolk Cheese Company, fresh samphire, Norfolk Lavender shortbread and locally grown strawberries - all washed down with a refreshing glass of Pimm's. 🍓🧀

It was a fantastic afternoon filled with great food, good company and plenty of reminiscing about everything we love about Norfolk.

Here's to celebrating our beautiful county and the amazing local businesses that make it so special. Happy Norfolk Day! ☀️

After 19 incredible years with Norse Care at Woodlands, we're saying a fond farewell to Pat as she begins a well-earned retirement.

Over the years, Pat has made such a positive difference to the lives of so many residents, families and colleagues. Her kindness, dedication and caring nature have touched countless people, and she'll be greatly missed by everyone at Woodlands.

🎉 Double celebrations at Mayflower Court! 🎉

This year marks 10 years since Mayflower Court first opened its doors – and we're also celebrating two amazing colleagues who have been part of the home since day one.

A huge thank you to Team Leader Janet and Care & Support Worker Champa, who both joined Mayflower Court when it opened 10 years ago. Their journeys with Norse Care go back even further, with Janet joining in 1996 and Champa in 2011.

Their kindness, compassion and dedication have made a lasting difference to the lives of so many residents and their families over the years.

Thank you both for your loyalty, hard work and everything you do. Here's to 10 wonderful years at Mayflower Court, and many more to come! 💙

We're so proud to celebrate Claire, who has achieved her Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Care qualification!

Claire has worked incredibly hard to reach this milestone, showing real dedication and commitment alongside her role. To mark the occasion, the residents surprised her with a beautiful handmade congratulations card – a thoughtful gesture that meant so much after all her hard work. 💙
