Our last little bit of leave before the back to school chaos! We take most of our breaks in the summer to enjoy family time with the kids in the holidays☀️

While we are away if you need to book or make changes to your appointments you can do so online at any time. We really appreciate your understanding, and look forward to welcoming you all back when we re-open on Tuesday 1st.

Feeling very loved today! 🥹❤️

Today has honestly felt a bit like Christmas at the clinic! 🎄 I’ve been so spoiled by some of our lovely customers, who have brought in the most thoughtful gifts purely out of the kindness of their hearts.

A huge thank you to the lovely lady down the way who surprised us with a box of delicious gluten- and dairy-free cakes and biscuits from Boho Street Sweets — such a wonderful treat for our kids and staff! 🧁🍪

And thank you to another lovely customer for the gorgeous box of minty Lush treats! 💚

Did anyone get a chance to see the eclipse last night? This was our attempt at a picture (used a colander and a piece of card.) I thought it would be something fun for my daughter but she got bored after 5 minutes and decided to run around the field instead! Here is our very own clinic Sid posing with a rare Alnwick rose. A massive thank you to a very kind client who managed to get hold of this for our home garden! We appreciate all of you lovely lot and we're incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive community here in Norfolk. Making memories... (and carrying ALL the bags!)
We are officially in the school holiday season. Whether you're off exploring Norfolk (like Norwich Castle), heading abroad, visiting grandparents or just trying to keep everyone entertained, your body can end up working just as hard as the kids. A few simple reminders:
- Share the heavy bags
- Lift younger children close to your body and try to avoid twisting while lifting
- Take regular movement breaks on long car journeys
- Don't forget to look after yourself too!
We know finding childcare for your appointment can be tricky this time of year, we are happy for you to bring children along with you as long as they remain your responsibility. We have lots of toys and colouring to help keep them busy.
Remember - the holidays aren't about perfection, they're about making memories (and probably endless washing!) Here's to a summer of moving well and enjoying everything Norfolk has to offer.

🌸 A little inspiration from the Sandringham Flower Show...
Last week we took some time away from the clinic for Latitude festival and to wander around the beautiful Sandringham Flower Show, soaking up plenty of inspiration (and trying not to come home with every plant we saw! 🌿🌹)
As many of you know, gardening is one of our favourite ways to switch off, get outdoors and keep moving. Whether it's planting roses, tackling the weeds or simply enjoying the fresh air, it's a wonderful reminder that looking after our health isn't just about going to the gym. It is so often found in the simple things we enjoy.
Of course, after a few hours of digging, lifting and bending, your back and knees might have something to say about it! 😄 Remember to pace yourself, change positions regularly and take the odd tea break. And if you do happen to overdo it - you know where we are! You can book in online at any time. We are looking forward to seeing you all in clinic when we re open tomorrow.
