Meet the team part 2 -This is me, Keanna, you will find me on reception part-time and doing admin behind the scenes. I have worked at Align since 2019 and was a patient before then. I do a lot of our social posts and am always happy to chat about health, life and lots of things in between.

Outside of the practice I use my free time for running, reading and making memories with my family 🏃📚👪

It’s officially spooky month 🎃 Now I think these earrings are suitable for any season in a chiropractic office (you know how much we love our skeleton Sid ☠️) but we do always get them out every October to celebrate halloween. Check out our decorations in clinic too when you come in, we promise no tricks, all treats 👻🖤

We thought it would be nice to re-introduce ourselves for anybody new here so you know who you will see in clinic! 👋👋

Stefan is one half of our chiropractic team here. He originally started at Align as the practice manager but seeing first hand the results clients achieved he quickly fell in love with the Chiropractic approach to healthcare, and decided to retrain and become a chiropractor himself. He has been practicing now for almost 10 years!

In his free time you can find him running around Norfolk and spending time with Lara and the kids 🏃👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

How is everyone coping with the back to school rush, new routines and seemingly endless errands, meetings and appointments? 😩

It’s no surprise that stress management is a frequent conversation we are having with our patients in clinic at the moment. Prolonged, high stress can contribute to relapses and increased pain, not the kind of thing any of us want!

Taking the time to wind-down, relax and recharge is so important, even when it can be hard to find the time.

We recommend trying ways to relax that incorporate movement too to help with mobility such yoga and mindful walking 🧘🪷

Make taking care of yourself a priority, you deserve a moment of calm in the chaos ❤️‍🩹

Good luck to everyone taking part in Round Norfolk Relay this weekend 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Stefan will be lacing up his trainers to represent his club and then back in clinic as usual Monday morning ready to help you get back to doing the things you love. (Maybe even a run or two yourself!) Here he is back in 2024 before completing his run in his vivos.
