1ml lip filler in Norwich does not have to mean huge lips.
This is my Signature Lip treatment, using 1ml of dermal filler to improve shape, definition and overall balance without overpowering the rest of the face.

The aim is not to inflate the lips or force them into a completely different shape. It is to work with the natural anatomy, refine what is already there and create a result that still looks like it belongs to the client.

These photographs were taken immediately after treatment, so some swelling is present. The final settled result will soften.

1ml Signature Lips: £150

Appointments for lip filler in Norwich (Taverham) can be booked online via the link in my bio.

Most people assume a B12 injection is simply… a B12 injection.
One vitamin, one option and one answer.

The reality is a little more nuanced than that.

When somebody comes into my clinic asking about fatigue, brain fog, low levels, maintenance injections or loading doses, these are the sorts of conversations happening behind the scenes.
Which form, which dose, how often… what aare we actually trying to achieve etc, but answer isn’t always the same for every person walking through the door🤔

That doesn’t necessarily mean one form is “better” than another, it simply means that biology is rarely quite as simple as it first appears, and sometimes the right questions are just as important as the treatment itself.

Anyway, hopefully you found all this as interesting as i do (?🥴)

And if you’ve made it this far through the carousel, you’re probably exactly the sort of person I enjoy holding hostage… I mean… having these conversations with in clinic😂😂

And yes… before anyone asks, technically there are three forms of injectable B12.

But that’s a rabbit hole for another day 😉

If you’ve made it this far through the carousel, you’ve probably realised something… after all this talk about 6ml, the number itself is almost completely irrelevant!

One of the biggest mistakes I see with filler is people becoming obsessed with the number.
“How many ml is that?” or “I only want 1ml”, or my personal favourite: “you’re not putting 6ml in me, are you?” 😂

But what does that actually mean?
No disrespect whatsoever, but before this carousel, would you have known what 6ml looked like? Probably not and that’s exactly the point.

The amount is only really relevant to me. It’s my job to work out what is needed. Your job is simply to tell me what you’d like to improve.

Somewhere along the way, the aesthetics industry has become obsessed with numbers. People now walk into clinics asking for a certain amount of filler (or even refusing a certain amount!) rather than asking for a result.

Nobody goes to a builder and asks for 243 bricks or insists a decorator use 2.7l of paint!

They explain what they want to achieve and the professional works out what’s needed to get there.

Personally, I think facial balancing should work the same way and that why I don’t sell full-face filler by the ml.

Instead, I place clients into one of three facial rebalancing packages depending on the level of correction needed:

Mini Rebalance £550

Signature Rebalance £750

Total Rebalance £999

The price is agreed upfront and I use whatever amount of product is required within that package to achieve the best result possible so we’re not bartering over syringes or trying to squeeze a result into an arbitrary number as a client wanted 4ml but not 6!

…and the entire point of this post???

…the client in the final photo had 12ml 👀 🤷‍♀️😉

The immediately-after result is not the final result 👇
This client had 1ml of dermal filler placed into her nasolabial fold; the line running from the side of the nose towards the mouth.

Immediately afterwards? Swollen, slightly lumpy and not particularly pretty.

Two weeks later? Soft, settled and exactly the kind of subtle improvement we were aiming for.

I think it is really important to show this stage because aesthetic treatments are so often presented as though everything looks perfect the second the needle comes out… when in reality, it does not.

Filler can temporarily look uneven or more obvious immediately after treatment because the tissue has just been injected and may be swollen. That early appearance can take up to around two weeks to settle.
The goal here was never to erase every natural fold or change her face. It was simply to soften the heavier line, reduce that tired shadow through the mid-face and keep the result looking natural.

Why I personally choose Jalupro over the better-known skin boosters 👇

You’ve probably heard of Profhilo, Seventy Hyal, Lumi Eyes or Nucleofill.

They all sit under the broad “skin booster” umbrella, but they are not all doing the same thing.

Profhilo and Seventy Hyal are mainly hyaluronic-acid-led treatments. Their big strength is hydration, glow and temporary plumpness.
Hyaluronic acid is brilliant at holding water in the skin, which is why dehydrated, crepey skin can look smoother and softer afterwards, because sometimes what people think is “wrinkles” is actually partly dehydration.
Hydrate the tissue and the skin can look less crinkly, less dry and less tired😊

But hydration alone is not the whole story…

To me, hydration is a bit like painting over the cracks. It can make the skin look better, but it does not fully address WHY that delicate skin is getting thin, weak or crepey in the first place.

That is why I like Jalupro.

Jalupro combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids. The HA (hyaluronic acid) gives hydration, but the amino acids are important because they act like nutritional building blocks (food essentially) for fibroblasts; the cells responsible for collagen and extracellular matrix support.

So instead of just saying “let’s hydrate the skin”, the logic with Jalupro is:

hydrate the tissue -> support the fibroblast environment -> give the skin the raw materials it needs -> repeat the signal over a proper course

Nucleofill and Lumi Eyes are polynucleotide-style treatments, and while they are popular, I personally still think the evidence and real-world predictability are not as strong as the marketing makes them sound.

That does not mean they are useless. It means I am not going to choose something just because it is trendy or to jump on a bandwagon 🙄🤷‍♀️

For thin under-eyes and crepey neck skin, I want hydration PLUS amino-acid support… cos I’m greedy😂

That is why I choose Jalupro.

Not because it is the loudest name online, but because biologically, for the job I am asking it to do, it makes the most sense to me

Purposely ruffling a few feathers with this one… 👀😂

Polynucleotides are everywhere right now, and I get why people like them.
They’re marketed as regenerative, skin-boosting, collagen-stimulating… all the buzzwords.

But here’s the reality most people won’t say out loud:

They’re not a transformation treatment.

At best, they sit in the background supporting skin quality over time.
Think subtle support… not visible change.

So if you’ve got good skin, minimal concerns, and you’re happy investing in prevention, fine.
That’s where they fit.

But if you’re expecting real, visible improvement in texture, laxity, lines, or under-eye change…
this isn’t the treatment that’s going to deliver that.

And that’s where I have a problem because people are paying a lot of money expecting a result they’re not going to see.

Skin treatments should match biology.
If the issue is structural, collagen loss, or tissue laxity… you need something that actually reaches that level.

Not something that just “supports” it from the sidelines.

I’ll always be honest about that; even if it’s not the popular opinion.

And as for Endolift laser nonsense…. Don’t get me started!
Let me know if you want me to do a video on that - please say yes as I’m DYING to make one 😂😂

Turn out, I’m not that funny 🤡 so I’ll just stick to doing what i do best… 💉😂

🔹 The 3 main upper-face zones (frown, forehead and eyes) – £250🔹 Complimentary refinements (where suitable): i.e bunny lines, under-eye crinkles, mouth-corner lift, pebble chin, when they’re clearly part of the same movement pattern🔹 Optional lower-face or jawline lift plan +£100 if the lower face is dragging everything down

Everything is mapped to your muscle strength, expression habits and job or lifestyle.
No frozen foreheads, no arched “surprised” brows, just a calmer, fresher version of your own face.

Did you know that calming facial and scalp muscles can sometimes help with tension headaches? 👇
A lot of people carry their stress in a very specific pattern:

* Frown and forehead constantly “on”
* Tight, biting or clenching through the masseters
* Achy, band-like pressure in the temporals
* Tension creeping up into the occipital area at the back of the head

When I treat line & movement across these zones, the main goal is always how the face looks – softer frown, calmer forehead, less heavy lower face.
But quite a few people also notice that once those muscles aren’t gripping 24/7, the tension they feel across the head changes too.

It’s not a golden fix and it’s not why everyone does it, but:

* Relaxing a chronically overactive frown can reduce that “iron band” feeling across the front
* Easing masseter clenching can take some of the pressure out of jaw-related tension
* Calming overworked temporals and adjacent muscles can change how tight the sides of the head feel day to day

In this video I’m just talking about that connection between facial/jaw/temple tension and how your head feels – and how line & movement treatment can sometimes be a useful piece of the puzzle for people who live in a permanent frown/teeth-grinding state.
