🚌 A Farewell for a Much-Loved Retired Bus Driver

This week, we had the privilege of arranging a funeral service at St Faiths for a much-loved gentleman who had spent his working life as a bus driver.

It’s always special when a funeral reflects something of the person behind it, their working life, the memories they created and the part they played in the lives of others.

We were honoured to help his family give him the respectful and fitting farewell he deserved.

Our thoughts remain with his family, friends and everyone who knew him. 💙

"Can anyone apply for a Golden Charter funeral plan?"

Our plans are available to all UK residents, regardless of age or health status. If you choose the instalment payment option, you must be under the age of 78 on the start date of your plan and pay the full amount by your 80th birthday.

There are no age restrictions if you choose to pay in a single payment or in 12 monthly instalments.

"How long do I have to register a death?

Deaths in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland should be recorded within five days. If this is not possible, for example, because you were out of the country when your loved one died, you must still schedule an appointment and notify the Registrar.
