I fear I haven’t treated you to enough garden content recently …
It did look like pic 1, but after lots of work it’s now pic 2.
My greenhouse has gone from seedlings to lots of baby propagated plants! 😳
I’m trying to grow my own for the flower beds wherever I can because plants are just sooo expensive.

All the hollyhocks & verbena are in (pic 2) alongside 35 baby echinaceas (another tray to come). Self seeded feverfew, aquilegias and nicotiana too.
Leeks, turnips, wallflowers, honesty and foxgloves being sown tomorrow.

The pumpkin arch is filling out nicely. The beans are podding up, and Amelie’s spring onions, carrots, radish & beets are coming up.

It’s been a super busy week in clinic this week, but lots of clearing, hedge trimming, and general weeding.

I am spending so much time in this little patch that I have to admit I have begun wondering how the heck I’m going to manage more each consecutive year! 🤪

I’m firmly on my school holiday timetable now - little bit more flexible, but trying to zone to 3 days a week and 2 evenings to spend time with the kids (read, tear them away kicking and screaming from anything electronic!).

Weds 12th - 9pm
Thurs 13th - 7.30am emergency only
Fri 14th - not available
Sat 15th - full

As always - if none of the times you see work for you, please pop me an email or WhatsApp (it’s always really helpful if you let me know when you’re available yourself). I’ll always do my best - and the worst I can say is sorry no, not this time! ☺️ I’m usually able to fit early morning slots in as extras most days - when the kids are still in bed!

I devoured the entire thing on the way upto the Scottish Borders on Friday. I still can’t get it out of my mind 4 days later.

I cannot wait to get some more of her books - I didn’t realise she’d written Atmosphere too, I have rang.
Malibu Rising, and Daisy Jones and the Six are very high on my hit list now. 😆

We are back ! (and availability!) 😆
Knackered after three really busy weeks, ~70 miles of hard walking, and 4 full days of traveling back and forth … now I’m *really* looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight and for normality to somewhat resume tomorrow.

Availability this week:
I have one slot left tomorrow Weds 15th July at 3.15pm (emergency slot only).
The rest of the week is currently full.

Next spaces for emergencies are Saturday (lunchtime-ish), and Tuesday.
Normal availability resumes Thursday 23rd July.

If you want a slot, pop me a WhatsApp - I’ll do my best to get you in ASAP.

Don’t envy me my job this evening of now bathing the dog …. Who jumped in an unmentionable number of really smelly peat bogs and who absolutely stinks !!

It is DONE !

We have finally finished the Pennine Way … all 268 miles of it … I am surprisingly sad …. although I think after 32 gruelling miles in 2 days, we are now looking forward to hanging the boots up for a new days and letting the feet recover! 😍🚶‍♀️

Tue - 9.15am
Weds - 4pm (emergency slot)
Thurs - 12noon
Fri - not available
Sat - day off ☺️
Sun - it’s our amazing village fete 1-4pm, come along for some fun & games. There is always a great cake stall, loads of old fashioned games. The bar is open, there is a bbq and lots of kids races. Park on the field.

Following week is quite limited, so I’m listing what’s available now:
Thurs 2nd - 1pm & 8pm
Fri 3rd - 10am
Sat 4th - currently full pending cxl’s / shuffling.
I’m expecting this to fill up quite a bit so if you’d like one of these slots, let me know asap ☺️
