I always pull an oracle card to close my weekly distance Reiki session. This lovely card popped out this time. Feels very relevant to me at the moment so I am sharing in case this resonates with anyone and can provide encouragement/guidance 🙏🏻🥰

An hour after pulling this, I went for a dusk walk with my daughter....a fox crossed our path in the distance. Such a lovely synchronicity✨💫 The path lead us out onto an open field where we saw, deers, hares and other creatures enjoying the transition to nightfall. Dusk is a magical time of day, an amazing time to connect to ourselves and the energy all around us ✨💛🧡🩷🤍🩶🖤

Every Saturday evening 7-7.30pm I send distant Reiki to anyone who needs it or is open to receiving it.

Please let me know if you would like me to add you or anyone you know to my list this evening. First name only is needed ☺️

You don't need to do anything to receive distant Reiki. However, in my experience, if you feel inclined to sit or lay with your eyes closed and relax, this engages you in the process and enhances the benefits. Even if it's just for 10 minutes and not the full 30 minutes.

The energy is offered up in the hope it can bring balance to mind, body and spirit. Open your mind and your heart, breathe deep, and allow the energy to flow in. Enjoy! 💫✨

Preparing for a client session yesterday using my crystal harp. I just love this sound and the combination of notes.

I used this with the client as part of a Reiki Awakening session for the first time....it really takes you somewhere within, helping to sustain a connection with your essence ✨🎶

I've been waiting in all day with excitement for this to be delivered...any idea what it is?

If you know me, you might know I have been hankering after this dithering and delaying the purchase this for a very long time 😂

I'm very excited to start incorporating it within my Reiki/ massage,/crystal healing/sound treatments with clients, within courses, guided meditations and within my own daily rituals 🙏🏻
