Ellie and the team are taking on a 5K Night Walk in aid of Norfolk and Waveney Mind!
Mental health is a cause close to Ellie’s heart, so choosing Mind was an easy decision. 💙
The walk is all about raising vital funds to support mental health services across Norfolk and Waveney.

We’re so proud of our amazing team member, Nina, for completing the London Landmarks Half Marathon! 🏃‍♀️💙

Taking on this challenge is an incredible achievement in itself—but even more inspiring is that Nina did it while raising funds and awareness for mental health through Mind.

🌍✨ Austeja has just completed a 4-week placement at Muhimbili National Hospital in Tanzania!

She gained incredible experience across adult and paediatric emergency care, paediatric ICU, burns, maternity and trauma & orthopaedics. From assisting with patient care and surgery to teaching local staff about paramedic skills, she saw firsthand the challenges and resourcefulness of healthcare in a different system.

This placement was not only a chance to develop clinical skills but also to learn about cultural differences, healthcare practices, and the resilience of both patients and staff. An unforgettable experience that highlights the importance of adaptability, compassion, and collaboration in medicine. 💙
