Behind every smile, every comforting word and every special moment at Cavell Court is an incredible team of people who give so much every single day.
Our colleagues continually go above and beyond for our residents, showing kindness, compassion, dedication and genuine care. Today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate some fantastic achievements within our Cavell Court family!
A huge congratulations to Tara, our Team Leader, who has completed her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification with an amazing DISTINCTION! As if that wasn’t enough to celebrate, Tara has also reached an incredible 5 years of Long Service with Care UK. What an achievement!
Congratulations to Cliff, our Maintenance colleague, celebrating 5 years of Long Service! Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes (and often coming to the rescue!) to keep our home running smoothly.
A very special congratulations to Linda our Senior Team Leader, who has reached an outstanding 10 YEARS of Long Service! A whole decade of dedication, commitment and care – what a wonderful milestone.
And finally, a huge well done to Bethany from our Care Team, who has successfully completed her Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification and achieved a fantastic MERIT!
We couldn't be prouder of you all. These achievements represent years of hard work, learning, commitment and dedication to the people we care for.
