Our Puppy Pilates classes are designed to be gentle, welcoming and suitable for beginners. There's no pressure to get every movement right and you can do as or as much as you like. The aim is simply to enjoy yourself, spend time with some adorable puppies and leave with a smile.

Looking for something a little different to do this summer?

Join us on Saturday 22nd August for an hour of gentle Pilates surrounded by adorable puppies. Whether you're a Pilates regular or have never tried it before, our classes are designed to be relaxed, fun and suitable for all abilities.

Our puppies are free to roam throughout the session, so expect plenty of cuddles, wagging tails and moments guaranteed to make you smile.

It's the perfect experience to enjoy with a friend, treat a loved one to, or simply enjoy yourself.
