The suns coming back tomorrow! Thank the lord. Today was so wet and cold. Loved seeing everyone still showing up today despite the weather! We think theres actually something pretty lovely about saunaing in the rain.

The weather is grim today, but the sauna is gorgeously toasty, and tomorrow is looking lovely and bright.

Hey Guys, we thought we should put some faces on our page so you can start getting to know us 😊 We're Greg and Jess, we're the founders of Fire & Flow sauna. Thank you for being here with us while we begin our journey 🤎
Greg is working hard on the sauna build & in the mean time we're on the look out for some lovely places to pop up and potentially a permanent spot in Harleston, Diss, Beccles, Bungay & the surrounding areas!
