Today I stepped outside my comfort zone and created my very first set of red nails! ❤️

Red can be one of the trickiest gel colours to work with, so I was a little nervous, but seeing my lovely client so happy with the finished result made it all worthwhile. 🥰

There’s something special about a fresh set of nails—they don’t just look beautiful, they make you feel beautiful too. 💅✨

A little reminder that growth happens when we try new things and trust ourselves. ❤️

💚 One of the things I love most about what I do is the people I meet. 💚

I was due to spend some time yesterday with one of my lovely ladies (we will call her queensie today), but she wasn’t feeling quite herself, so we decided to leave it for another day.

And that’s absolutely okay.

For me, companionship is never about ticking a box or keeping to a schedule. It’s about supporting people in a way that works for them, respecting how they’re feeling and always putting the person first.

Whether it’s a cup of tea and a chat, a little trip out, some company at home, or simply sharing a laugh and a bit of banter, those connections are what make this work so rewarding. ☕💕

Wishing Queensie a speedy recovery, and looking forward to catching up properly very soon.

Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is simply allow ourselves the time and space to rest. 💚🌸

🌸💗 A Little Reflection from KINA Wellbeing 💗🌸

After a challenging few days, I’ve been reflecting on why I started this journey in the first place.

KINA Wellbeing was created from a genuine desire to help others feel cared for, supported and reminded that self-care isn’t selfish – it’s essential. 💚🤍

I’ve always been someone who finds joy in helping others feel their best, whether that’s through wellbeing support, creating moments of relaxation, or simply encouraging someone to take time for themselves.

Building KINA Wellbeing has also given me the opportunity to create a life that works for me too. It allows flexibility around life’s ups and downs, whilst continuing to do something I truly love.

For me, success isn’t measured solely by income. It’s measured in confidence gained, connections made, smiles shared, and knowing that I’ve made even the smallest positive difference to someone’s day.

Like lilies, we all grow and flourish in our own time. 🌸
