We are buzzing to have .walker.30 back at the club 🥳💚 She’s officially Cancer Free! 🛎️ Couldn’t be prouder of her for everything she’s been through this past 12 months 🙏🏼 And she’s determined now to get back to where she was this time last year and get in the best health and shape of her life, and we’re here for it 🙌🏽✨

APRIL STEPS CHALLENGE THE RESULT!!! 🏆

Huge congrats to TEAM 2 who achieved a massive 4,548,100 steps in April between 16 of us 🥳 TEAM 1 with a very respectable 4,288,238 steps again with a team of 16 people incredible effort and combined we did a TOTAL of 8,836,638 🤯📈

It’s kept us focussed and we have another round in May with more clubs members and online club members getting involved 😎🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Health is Wealth 🙌🏽🩷

Super proud of Gwyneth she had her 7th review with us and along with her stats being the best they’ve been since we met.. she had some amazing news after having her blood test she has lowered her bad cholesterol ✔️ She’s no longer pre-diabetic ✔️and she has better kidney function ✔️!!!!

Check out her stats board she’s now lost 33.7lbs, she’s down 5.5% body fat and down 3Ltrs of visceral fat 🥳

Thrown away old clothes and replaced them 👗 Feeling happier and more confident and never going back 💪🏽

Proud of your Gwyneth CONGRATS! 🎉
