There’s been a lot in the news recently about people regaining weight after stopping weight-loss medication.
Weight-loss medication can be a valuable tool for some people. But it doesn't necessarily teach you how to eat well, move your body, manage stress, sleep better or look after yourself when life gets busy.
That's where health coaching can help.
During the time you're taking medication, we can work together to:
🌱 Build healthy eating habits that nourish your body
💪 Find enjoyable ways to move and build strength
😴 Prioritise sleep and recovery
🧘♀️ Find ways to manage stress and overwhelm
🎯 Understand what motivates you and create realistic goals
🔄 Develop habits that can fit into your everyday life
And importantly, the focus isn't just on the number on the scales.
It's about helping you feel healthier, stronger, more confident and more in control of your choices.
If and when you come off your medication, you'll have a toolkit of healthy habits to continue supporting your health.
Medication can be part of the journey. Building healthy habits can help make those changes sustainable.
If you're taking weight-loss medication and would like support alongside it, I'd love to help.
