We are once again pleased to welcome the ladies from the Legion of Mary, who will be joining us on Tuesday 30th June for a peaceful and uplifting morning of reflection.

This is a special time for prayer, quiet thought, and gentle fellowship, offering comfort and spiritual connection for all who wish to take part.

🍻 Gentlemen’s Club Afternoon 🍻

On Friday 19th June, in celebration of Father’s Day, we’ll be hosting a fun Men’s Club afternoon in the Therapy Room! 🎯

Come along for a chat, enjoy a friendly game of darts, share some laughs, and relax with great company — all while enjoying a refreshing zero beer 🍺

A perfect chance to unwind, socialise, and celebrate all the wonderful gentlemen in our home. We’re looking forward to a fantastic afternoon together! 👏

🎶 Exciting times ahead! 🎶

Get your dancing shoes ready because on Monday 8th June, Ian the DJ will be joining us for a fun-filled game of Jukebox Jury! 🕺💃

There’ll be plenty of music, laughter, singing along, and maybe even a little dancing as our residents decide which tunes are hits and which should be skipped! 🎤🎵

We can’t wait for another fantastic afternoon of entertainment and smiles all around! 🎧✨

On Tuesday our residents enjoyed spending time in the garden supervising our lovely Activities Coordinator, Julie, as she transformed the water feature. Residents took the lead in deciding where each of the plants should be placed, sharing their ideas and creativity to make the feature truly special. 🌿🌸

This activity encouraged choice-making, social interaction, confidence, and a sense of achievement, while also supporting emotional wellbeing through time spent outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine. ☀️

After all their hard work, residents relaxed together listening to classical music with a cold drink — a wonderful way to enjoy the afternoon and promote relaxation and sensory wellbeing. 🎶🍹
