This is one for the ladies ... I've been researching Peri menopause/ menopause and massage. The results of massage on women suffering menopausal symptoms has been excellent. The effects on the nervous system, Lymphatic system and circulation system has been a game changer.

I'm hoping to run a menopausal massage clinic on a Sunday. This is a mixture of Lymphatic massage and deep tissue massage. Given my background in both I've decided to merge both techniques to give my clients a massage to relieve Symptoms. It's not a cure but it will help with mood, ache's and pains and the general fatigue that comes along with it.Ive trialed this on a few of my clients and they have been very happy with the results.
