We have kindly been given permission to share this recent patient feedback:

'Whenever I have needed a prescription, the person who serves me cares and communicates very well.
Whenever I call the surgery, I receive excellent advice and support.
Whenever I call into the practice, the receptionist is positive, friendly, and professional.
Whenever I have had to be seen by a member of the medical team, I have been afforded first-class, professional, and humane service.'

Feedback like this really does matter to our entire team here and always brings a smile to each member of the Elms staff. Thanks to this patient for taking time out of their day to provide this lovely message!

We’ve recently received some lovely feedback from a patient, and we’re really proud to share it 💙

“I’m not sure who I spoke with on the prescription line this morning regarding my prescriptions and the fact that I miscalculated when to request my repeat prescription, which has left me without some of my medication. I can see that the request has now been approved, and I am very grateful that it was marked as urgent.

I just want you, and anyone involved in resolving this for me, to know how much I truly appreciate the effort you have made and how relieved I am to have the stress taken out of the situation. Thank you so much for your understanding and kindness.”

Thank you to our team for always going the extra mile to support our patients—your kindness and dedication truly make a difference every day 💙
