Different personalities. Different perspectives. One team. 🔵🔴🟢🟡
This week, I had the pleasure of travelling to Oxford to deliver an Insights Discovery workshop with the Sales and Operations Management teams at Paragon Skills.
The aim wasn’t simply to explore four colours. It was to help people achieve self awareness, appreciate the differences in others, and recognise how those differences can make a team stronger.
Because the reality is, we don’t all think the same way, communicate the same way, or approach challenges in the same way.
And that’s not a weakness. It’s an opportunity.
When we understand what drives the people around us, we can communicate more effectively, navigate differences with greater empathy, and build stronger working relationships.
For me, the best part of delivering workshops like this is seeing those moments of recognition. Especially when something suddenly makes sense, a different perspective clicks, or someone gains a new understanding of a colleague they work with every day.
That’s where the real value lies. Not just in learning something new, but in taking that understanding back into the workplace and putting it into practice.
