Happy weekend, everyone! 💙

What a wonderful way to end the week – we're proud to share another 5 🌟 star review, from the daughter of one of our valued clients.

“From the outset and initial planning the service has been first rate. Mum is being treated with care, consideration and dignity. She uses the morning service and is greeted with a cheery smile without exception! Have had relevant experience of using the live in service and this went extremely well and gave us real peace of mind that mum was safe and cared for fully. Would recommend without reservation!”

There's no greater compliment than knowing our clients and their families feel listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their feedback reminds us why we do what we do every single day.

Did you know that older adults can be more vulnerable to dehydration, especially during warmer weather? 💦

The signs aren't always obvious, but a few simple habits can help.

Here are three ways to support a loved one to stay hydrated:

💙 Offer drinks little and often
Regular sips throughout the day can help make staying hydrated easier.

🍓 Include water-rich foods
Foods such as melon, strawberries, cucumber and oranges can help contribute to daily fluid intake.

⏰ Make hydration part of a routine
Having a drink with meals or other regular daily activities can help make it easier to remember.
