While Reiki can be used for anyone regardless of age or medical diagnosis, it is important to emphasize that Reiki is not a replacement for traditional medical care. The beauty of Reiki is in its simplicity – just allow the energy to flow. Our bodies have the fantastic ability to bring about balance and the body knows exactly where to accept the energy as it is needed. Your first Reiki session can bring about personal change, inner balance, clarity and a spark in your intuitive guidance. Although many people are content with receiving routine Reiki sessions, many are so impressed with the results that they want to learn the practice for themselves. Yesterday was a beautiful day of self-love, healing, and sacred connection as we gathered to receive the Munay Ki 13th Rite – the Rite of the Womb.
Together we honoured our journeys as women, released what no longer serves us, and embraced the wisdom, strength, and creativity that resides within each of us.
It was a privilege to hold space for such wonderful women as we shared ceremony, healing, reflection, and connection. Thank you to everyone who attended and trusted the process.
May the seeds planted yesterday continue to grow, bringing love, healing, empowerment, and transformation into your lives.

Thank you to the beautiful souls who joined us beneath the powerful Full Moon in Aquarius. 🌕✨
Aquarius invites us to break free from old patterns, release limitations, embrace our authentic selves and step into greater alignment with our soul's truth. Together, we honoured this energy through reflection, release, connection and healing.
Through our journaling, we gave voice to what was ready to be released. Through the rhythm of the drum, we journeyed beyond the mind and into the wisdom of the heart. Through sharing and connection, we were reminded that healing happens when we gather in community and hold space for one another.
The Full Moon illuminated what no longer serves us, allowing us to let go with love and gratitude, creating space for new possibilities, fresh insights and inspired action.
Thank you for your courage, your openness and the beautiful energy you brought to the circle. May the freedom, clarity and healing of this Aquarius Moon continue to guide your path in the weeks ahead.
