Laughter Yoga Club tonight at 6 pm and tomorrow evening Connected Minds in the cafe from 6 pm.

This year’s theme is ACTION — the small steps we can take, the support we can offer, and the moments of kindness that make a real difference.
At Friends of Rhyddings Park, we believe that community is action.
Every conversation, every shared cuppa, every walk in the garden, every creative session, every moment of connection — it all matters 💚
🌿 Action can be gentle:
• Taking a breath in the fresh air
• Reaching out to someone who might need a chat
• Joining a group that helps you feel seen
• Making time for yourself without guilt
🌼 Action can be shared:
• Supporting our wellbeing sessions
• Coming together in safe, welcoming spaces
• Looking out for each other in the small everyday ways
This week, let’s celebrate the strength in taking even the tiniest step toward better mental wellbeing — for ourselves and for one another.
